Jason Noel was born on January 27, 1974 in Paragould, AR. His family moved to ESBC when he was three years old. His dad led him to faith in Christ on February 12, 1984. (Razorback trivia – the same day Charles Balentine hit a game winning eight foot jumper to beat Michael Jordan’s then no. 1 ranked North Carolina Tar Heels). Four years later, in May of 1988 he surrendered his life to vocational ministry. He graduated from Arkansas State University in August of 1996 and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2000. He came back home to serve as the Senior Pastor ESBC in November of 2007.
Jason married his wife Valerie on November 18, 2000. They have three daughters; Katelyn, Katherine, and Macie. When not spending time with his wife and girls, Jason enjoys an occasional round of golf.

Rob Schumann was born on April 27, 1979 in Clinton, IA. His family made several moves that brought them from the Midwest to the East Coast and finally to Atlanta, Georgia. Rob graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor's degree in Classical music. He has served as a worship pastor in Chattanooga, TN and Dallas, GA along with work as a music instructor, professional guitarist, and recording artist. Rob began his position as worship pastor at East Side in November of 2009, and he loves using all of his abilities to craft worship services to honor
God, and to encourage others to grow both musically and spiritually.
Rob married his wife Tunrade on December 16, 2006. Their son, Xander, was born in 2008.

Patrick “Packy” Magel was born on November 12, 1971 on the Patuxent River Naval Base in Maryland. His dad, Paul, retired from the Navy after 20 years of dedicated service and moved his family back to northeast Arkansas which is where his mom, Sandy, was raised. (Dixie, AR.) At the age of 17 Packy committed his life to Christ and shortly after sensed God calling him to full time vocational ministry. Since then he has completed studies at Williams Baptist College, Arkansas State University, and has completed 25 hours toward a degree at Southwestern Theological Seminary. Packy has a love for Christ and a commitment to help students grow in an authentic relationship to Christ. He has served East Side since November of 2000.
Packy is married to Misty and has two children; Spencer and Anna Claire. They are the loves of his life and are his primary discipleship group.

Jason Lincoln was born on January 24, 1975 in Jonesboro, AR. He was led to faith in Christ at Vacation Bible School at Central Baptist Church in Jonesboro in 1983. Ten years later he surrendered to ministry in October of 1993. He graduated from Arkansas State University in 1997, 1999, 2005, and 2009. He came to serve the staff at East Side in September of 2005.
Jason married his wife Marci on April 8, 2000. They have two daughters Gabrielle and Arielle. When not spending time with his family Jason enjoys spending time outdoors. His greatest desire is to help parents of children, as they raise their children in the honor and admonition of the Lord.
